We are now looking for our next group of 2024 apprentices, we are advertising for 6 new upholstery apprentices to join our team in September, please read on to find out more!

All of our upholstery apprentices are allocated a supportive mentor and trainer who will start with all the basic requirements of upholstery focusing on the busy Marine side of our work. Over the two years of the apprenticeship our apprentices will work their way through the business experiencing every element of modern upholstery, you will develop within our unique apprenticeship workshop on all aspects of furniture, soft furnishings, sewing, design, patterning and even fitting on board luxury boats. At Lang and Potter, we are keen to train and support the new and up and coming rising stars of our business. This includes regularly recruiting apprentices to join our team. The start of the apprenticeship journey is to complete an apprenticeship interest form. You will then be invited in for a tour of our workshops and informal meeting to discuss our opportunities. If successful, you will be formally interviewed and offered a position within our Company. Benefits of becoming a Lang and Potter apprentice include;
